Besides using the Quick Launch feature, you can also create a new campaign under the Campaign tab.

Follow the step-by-step guide below to commence the campaign level setup:

  1. From the Campaigns menu tab, click on the + Campaign button to get to the New Campaign dashboard.
  2. Select the platform(s) you wish to run your campaign on, and link the respective accounts (e.g. Meta Ad account, LinkedIn Ad account, Google Ad account, TikTok Ad account).
  3. Enter your Campaign name.
  4. Set the Campaign Objective based on the type of campaign you wish to run. Learn more about the Types of Campaigns that can be run in XPO.
  5. Select a KPI (optional). Learn more about how to set up KPIs with XPO.
  6. Set a Start Date and End Date (if any) for your campaign, and select the Time Zone in which you wish to run your campaign.
  7. Set an Overall Budget Cap for the campaign to spend (the total budget allocated to run this campaign), as well as a Daily Spend Cap (the maximum amount spent per day for the length of the campaign). Learn more about how to configure your campaign's budget cap.
  8. Under Advanced Settings (optional), you can choose to enable Impression Capping or Frequency Capping.
    • Impression Cap: a limit on impressions served for the length of the campaign. You can select the type as either Daily or Lifetime.
      • Daily Impression Cap: a limit on impressions served on a daily basis of the length of the campaign.
    • Frequency Cap: a limit on impressions served to a unique viewer during a certain amount of time during the campaign running period.
  9. Select the geo location(s) and/or language(s) you wish to target with your campaign.
  10. Choose whether to enable cross-device attribution and footfall attribution
  11. If you want to add Conversion Goals to your campaign, you can select a suitable one in the drop-down list. Before doing so, however, you must set up your conversion goals under the Pixel menu tab. Learn how to generate Conversion Pixels.
  12. Partner Management Fees
    • Click "Add additional partner management fees to this campaign" if you want to include the fees as a part of the media spend. Fees can be included as either a percentage of the total budget, or as part of the CPM bidding rates.
    • Click "No partner management fees" if you want to set a fixed CPM or CPC rate, regardless of the market rate. This fixed price will be reflected in the report, rather than the actual CPM or CPC rate associated with running that campaign.
  13. Click Save once all steps are completed to confirm changes.

Congratulations! You have successfully created your campaign.
