Leads can be automatically synced over from other channels into XPO at a frequency of every 6 hours.
Lead reports detail the source and campaign origin of each lead across different channels.
Click Reports >> Leads to view your Lead Report that shows the number of leads generated in that account.
Name | Shows the name of the lead. Click on the name to view the details. |
Created | Creation date of the Leads. |
Email address of the Leads. | |
Phone | Phone numbers of the Leads. |
IP | IP address of the Leads. |
Stage |
The different stages of a Lead as part of the sales funnel. |
Campaign |
Name of the campaign from where the Lead is generated. When you click on it, you will land on the campaign detail page.

Channel | Source of the Lead (Programmatic or Facebook) or any other sources like CRM/Salesforce, Hubspot. You can sort them alphabetically. |
Action |
Different Actions you can make on the listed Leads. You can Edit/Delete and Download Lead reports for individual leads or multiple leads.
