In XPO, you can bulk operate (i.e. add, remove or edit) targeting options for multiple ad groups all at once in a single step.
3 Ways to Update Ad Group Info in XPO
1. Ad Group Tab (from your Partner Dashboard)
- Bulk update options are available under Edit > Settings.
2. Ad Group Tab (from your Account Dashboard)

3. Campaign Details Page
- Bulk update options are available under Edit > Settings.
Instructions:
- From your Partner Dashboard/Account Dashboard/Campaign Details page, navigate to your Ad Group Tab.
- Select one or more Meta Ads ad groups and their targeting options that you wish to update.
- Click Edit. The dropdown list provides you with various targeting options:
(a) Settings
(b) Audience
(c) Technology
(d) Content. - Click Save to submit your bulk update requests to our automated system. A link will be shared for you to check the status of your bulk updates. It will take a few seconds for your requests to undergo review and be approved.
A. Settings: Changing Ad Group Settings
Under Settings, the following Bulk update options are available to you in XPO:

Can only be updated for ad groups with "Draft" and "Ready" states. |
End Date |
Can be updated for ad groups with any state (Draft, Ready, Published, Expired, Paused). Ad group's end date cannot be set past the campaign end date. |

Can only be updated if the "Don't apply budget cap to ad groups" option is enabled at the Campaign level. Daily Budget Type:

- Bulk update targeting options will be made available only when ALL selected ad groups are Meta ad groups. If not, the below error will pop up.
- If Meta Ads ad groups belong to a special ad category campaign, the non-supported targeting options will not be available to edit. For instance, some interests or behaviors may not be supported.
