With XPO, you can create custom audiences based on people who show interest in your business and those who interact with your Meta page. This way, you can target audiences who might already be interested in your business products and services.

Meta Page Audience Insights   helps you create campaigns that are meaningful to your audience and drive greater results.

  1. Link your Meta Ads Account to XPO
  2. Add Facebook Pages to your XPO Ad Account
  3. From the Audience dashboard, select +Audience

  4. After filling in your Audience segment name, select the Audience Type as Meta Ads and the audience sub-type as Facebook Page Audience.
  5. Next, choose the Meta Ads Account you want to use to create this audience segment.

  6. Next, filter the audience based on rule groups.

Include everyone who took the following actions:
      • Engaged with your Page content or ads
      • Visited your page
      • Engaged with any ad or post (e.g. liked, commented, swiped, or shared)
      • Clicked on any call-to-action button (e.g. 'contact us' or 'shop now')
      • Sent a message to your page
      • Saved your page or posts

You can also choose to include All OR Any of the interaction criteria.

Exclude people based on similar interactions as mentioned above.

  7. Click Save at the bottom of the form. You can now link this audience segment to your campaign ad groups.
  • While including and/or excluding audience interactions, you can decide your look-back window. The maximum time period to create such data is 365 days
  • You can add a maximum of 5 rule groups. This can either be a combination of include and exclude or either include or exclude.

  • You can apply different Meta pages under the same XPO Ad Account for different rule groups and build a single audience.

  • You can edit or delete rule groups even after creating a Meta Page Audience.
