The following is a detailed step-by-step guide to setting up your campaign based on a campaign brief.

Campaign Setup
Campaign Setup
- From your Campaign dashboard, click on + Campaign.
- Fill in all the required information:

- Campaign Name: Knorex DSP - Awareness
- Channel(s): Select Meta Ads and Programmatic channels.
- Objective: Choose Brand Awareness for this campaign. This field cannot be changed after the campaign is created.
- Meta Ad Account: Select your preferred Meta Ad account. (Be sure to Link your Meta Ad account to XPO prior to setting up the campaign) This field cannot be changed after the campaign is created.
- Start Date: Input 06/21/2021.
- End Date: Input 08/21/2021.
- Time Zone: Choose PT-8 as the targeting geo in the United States. This field cannot be changed after the campaign is created.
- Budget Cap: Input $5,000 USD.
- Daily Spend Cap: Input $100 USD.
- Budget Allocation: Allocate 50% for Meta and the remaining 50% for Programmatic.
- Impression Cap and Frequency Cap (under Advanced Settings): Not applicable.
- Conversion Goals: Not applicable as this is not a conversion campaign.

Partner Management Fees: Not applicable.
- Click Save. The page will be redirected to the campaign dashboard.
Creative Setup - Meta
Before setting up your ad group, you will need a Meta Ads creative to link to your ad group later.
- From your Creative dashboard, click on + CREATIVE.
- Fill in all the required information:

- Creative Name: Knorex DSP - Carousel
- Creative Type: Meta Ads > Carousel Ad.
- Meta Ads Account: Select the same linked Meta Ads Account as the campaign setup stage.

- Click Submit. The page will be redirected to your Creatives dashboard. Click on the creative you just set up to proceed to the Creative Design form.
- On the Creative Design page, fill in the following information and then click Save.
Creative Setup - Video
Prior to setting up the ad group, we will need a Video ad so we can link it to the applicable ad group later.
- Under Creative tab, click on + CREATIVE.
- Fill in all the required information:

- Creative Name: Knorex DSP - Video
- Creative Type: Choose Video > Video Ads.
- Destination URL: Enter the URL of the website where you want to show your ad.
- Scheduling: Enter the same Start Date, End Date, and Time Zone as per the brief.
- Third-Party Trackers: Not applicable.

- Click Submit. You will be redirected to the Creatives dashboard. Click on the new video creative you setup to proceed to the new Creative Design form.
- On the Creative Design page, click on Edit to modify the information if needed. Then, click on Edit Creative, where you will be redirected to XPO Designer. Upload the video, then click on Exit and the page will be redirected back to XPO Media Broker.
Ad Group Setup - Facebook
After completing the campaign and creative setup, proceed to create Facebook and Video ad groups.
- On the Campaigns page, click on the Knorex DSP - Awareness campaign.
- It will then bring you to the campaign detail page of Knorex DSP - Awareness.
- Scroll down to Ad Groups to view the list of existing ad groups. In this case, we have yet to create any ad groups so No data available is shown.
- Click on + New Ad Group and fill in the information:

- Ad Group Name: Input Knorex DSP - FB - Targeting.
- Ad Group Type: Select Meta.
- Budget Cap: Choose Lifetime and enter $2,500 USD for the total budget spent on the Meta channel.
- Start Date: Input 02/25/2019 per the Campaign Brief. This field cannot be changed after the ad group is created.

End Date: Input 04/25/2019 per Campaign Brief.
- Placements: Select Automatic Placements (recommended option).
- Audiences: Not applicable
- Interests: click + Add button, search for and then choose 5 relevant keywords which are recommended by our team.
- Demographics: Not applicable
- Behaviors: Not applicable
- Languages: Not applicable

Geo Locations: click + Add button, search for, and then choose Singapore.

- Optimization for Ad Delivery: Select Ad Recall Lift.
- Bid Strategy: choose the Lowest cost without a cap.
- When you get charged: choose Impression (CPM).
- Delivery Type: choose Standard.
- Click on the Save button when all steps are completed.
- You will be redirected back to the campaign details page for your Knorex DSP - Awareness campaign. Scroll down to Ad Groups and click on the newly created ad group: Knorex DSP - FB - Targeting.
- You will be brought to the ad group detail page of Knorex DSP - FB - Targeting where you can see all of the ad group information as well as the list of targeting options on the left. Click on Creative to start linking the Meta Ads creative. Other targeting options have been edited in the previous steps.
- Click on Link Creatives to see a dropdown menu of the available creatives. Choose Knorex DSP - Carousel.
- Click Save to finish linking the creative.
Ad Group Setup - Video
- On the same Campaigns page, click on + New Ad Group.
- Fill out the New Ad Group form as follows:
- Ad Group Name: Knorex DSP - Video - Contextual Targeting.
- Ad Group Type: Video.

Scheduling: Set 2 months as the duration of the creative run with the Start Date, End Date, and the Time Zone.
- Budget Cap: Enter $2,500 USD for the total budget spent on the Video channel.
- Impression Cap: N/A
- Pacing: Select Flight Even. In this case, you cannot control your Daily Spend Cap.
- Bid Amount: Since you are driving towards CPM, choose Manual and input the appropriate amounts for Base Bid and Max Bid.
- Click Save.
- You will be redirected back to the campaign details page of your Knorex DSP - Awareness campaign. Scroll down to Ad Groups and click on the newly created ad group: Knorex DSP -Video - Contextual Targeting.
- In the ad group detail page, click on Creative and start linking the Video ad created in the previous step. Apply other necessary targeting settings.
- Once all the targeting settings are applied, click Save. The campaign is now ready to go live!
