Here's how the Creative Testing and Approval process works in XPO.
Create an Individual Creative

From your XPO Admin Dashboard, go to the menu bar and click Creative.

You will be directed to the Creative dashboard. Click +Creative to open a New Creative form.

Select Display > Dynamic Ads as the Creative Type.

Complete the rest of the form as follows:
Creative Info - Optimize this creative for: choose either Web or Mobile channel.
- Where to publish this creative: Worldwide (excl. China and Russia) or China/Russia(requires special creative approval, which takes 24 to 48 hours)
- Destination URL: the URL address of the webpage that you users land on after clicking your ad.
- Third-party Trackers: Enter information here in case you want to add more trackers to the ad.
Scheduling
- Start Date and End Date: duration for which the ad will be published.
- Flight Duration: specify the time period during which your creative will stay active. Flight periods must be at least 30-minute long and at least 30 minutes apart from each other.
- Click Submit to launch your new creative.
- You can find your newly created creative from your Creative dashboard in XPO. Click to open your creative. Then, click Design Creative to be redirected to XPO Designer where you can customize your creative.
Create a Creative Group
- From your XPO Admin Dashboard, go to the menu bar and click Creative.
- You will be directed to the Creative Dashboard. Click +Creative Group to open a New Creative Group form.

Select Dynamic Ads as your Creative Type.

Select Creative Size(s): select the creative sizes you would like to create under this creative group.
- Fill out the remaining fields the same way as for individual display ad creatives.
- Click Submit to launch the new creative group.
- You can find your newly created creative group in your Creative dashboard. Click to open your creative group. Then, click Design Creative to be redirected to XPO Designer where you can customize your creative group.
