This guide offers a solution for a common integration error when connecting your XPO pixel to Meta Ads.

Below are some of the measures you can check and take:

  1. Verify Domain in Facebook

    When using Meta pixels in your conversion campaigns, it is important to verify the domain you are using.

  2. Correct Conversion Pixel/Event Is Used

    In XPO, verify that:

    (a) At Campaign level - the correct conversion goal is selected.

    (b) At Ad Group level - the correct event is selected.

  3. Matched Events Used in XPO As Per Facebook Events Manager

    In the XPO conversion pixel screen, check that the pixel event matches the setup in your Meta Events Manager account.

  4. Check for pixel events in your Meta Events Manager

    In your Meta Events Manager, confirm that you have created the corresponding pixel events in XPO. 

  5. Check for any errors in Facebook Events Manager

    Finally, check your Meta Events Manager account to ensure there are no outstanding errors left to address.
