Pixel Troubleshooting - Facebook Pixel

These are the areas that you might want to look into whenever you face any issue on XPO-Facebook pixel integration or use. One of the common error you face is something like this:



Below are some of the measures you can check and take:

(1) Verify Domain in Facebook

If you are using Facebook pixel (in conversion campaign), you must ensure that the domain you are using has been verified. Follow the similar guide when creating the Facebook pixel.



(2) Correct Conversion Pixel / Event Is Used

In XPO, check that at:

(a) Campaign level - correct conversion goal is selected


(b) Ad Group level - correct event is selected



(3) Matched Events Used in XPO As Per Facebook Events Manager

In XPO conversion pixel screen, check that the pixel event is same as what you have set up in Facebook.



(4) Check for pixel events in Facebook Events Manager

In Facebook Events Manager, check that you have created the corresponding pixel events which you are using in XPO.


(5) Check for any errors in Facebook Events Manager

Lastly, in Facebook Events Manager, check that there is no outstanding errors that are occurring and require your attention and fixing.
