How To Customize Ad Creatives For Placements For Facebook Ads

Asset customization for placements    allows you to tailor creative assets to placements on Facebook, Instagram, Audience Network, and Messenger. You can use this feature to customize your ads effectively according to the audience's behavior and optimize the reach in the various networks according to their placements. 


Before You Start

  • Ensure that Facebook Creative has been created with sub-type as Single Image Ad or Video Ad.
  • Detailed steps to create a Facebook Creative can be found here. 
  1. In the XPO creative design form, select Placements to edit.

  2. Select one of the options.

  3. You should see the following:

  4. Proceed to edit the images.

  5. Upon finalizing your edits, save the form. For more details on forms, check out here.

  • The following Call-To-Action buttons are unavailable with Placement Asset Customisation:
    • Get Directions
    • Get Tickets
    • Call
    • Missed Call
    • Call Now
    • Send Whatsapp Message
    • Message Page
    • Save
    • Get Offer
  • Ads cannot be varied according to device type.
