How to Create or Add a New Facebook Ad Account in XPO

Ensure that you have granted XPO access to your Meta Business Manager (MBM) before you proceed with the following.

  1. Under the XPO Partner dashboard, click Utility > Manage Meta Ads.

  2. Click Manage Accounts > +Facebook Account

  3. Select your existing XPO Partner Account > XPO Advertiser > Business Manager Account > name the new Facebook ad account > click Save. XPO will automatically link your XPO account to the newly created Facebook ad account based on your Business Manager account details.

Benefits of the +Meta Account Feature:

Previously, setting up a new Meta Ads account for XPO required multiple steps: creating a new ad account on your MBM, granting Knorex access, and linking your account to XPO.

With the new +Meta Account Feature, you can create a Meta Ads account directly within XPO, streamlining the setup process.There's no longer a need to manually grant Knorex access or link accounts. This self-service approach empowers you to independently manage your Meta Ads account while requiring only initial admin access to XPO. By eliminating unnecessary and time-consuming steps, we've reduced the account setup time by approximately 24 hours.

Once you have created a new Meta Ads account, you should start running a campaign within 30 days, or else Meta will disable your new ad account.
