How to Approve a Facebook Business Page Request

Before You Start

Ensure that you have granted access to your Meta Business Manager (MBM) before you proceed with the following.

Approving a Facebook Business Page Request from Knorex will allow you:

1. To enable you to create and post-promotion campaigns on Facebook Business Page from XPO
2. To enable you to create audiences for that approved/granted Facebook Business Page from XPO

There are TWO methods to approving Facebook Business Page requests, depending on your role:

Method 1 (If you are a Page Owner): From Facebook Business Page

1. Go to Facebook.com and open your page.
2. From the left menu, click Settings.
3. Click Page setup.
4. Next to Page access, click View. 
5. Click Review request.
6. Once you've verified the request, click Next. If the permissions granted look correct, click Confirm. You may be required to re-enter your Facebook profile password first.

Method 2 (If you are an MBM Admin): From Meta Business Manager

1. Log into your Meta Business Manager account and go to the Business Manager Settings in the left menu.

2. Click Requests. 

3. Click on the Received tab. You should see a list of the businesses that have requested access to your Page here. You should also see a profile for the user who has requested access including information such as their name and company name. 

4. Click Approve.
