How to Grant XPO Access to Your Meta Business Manager (MBM)

Purpose of Granting XPO Access to Your MBM account

Granting XPO admin access to your MBM account gives XPO permission to:

  1. Create Meta ad account(s).
  2. Manage Meta pages.
  3. Sync ad campaigns from Meta to your XPO account.
  4. Sync audiences from Meta to your XPO account.

 

Before You Start

Make sure your Business Portfolio Access setting is set to Full Control (formerly the Business Admin role).

Instructions

  1. From your Meta account, go to Settings.

  2. Select Apps under the Accounts section and then click Add to select Request access to an app ID.

  3. Enter Knorex XPO's Meta App ID NOTE: get from Knorex AM and click Request App.

  6. Your status will be displayed as 'Request Pending' until the Knorex team approves your Meta app request. Send an email to fbapp.approve@knorex.com to notify the Knorex team of your approval request.Screenshot 2022-04-27 at 11.28.12 AM.jpg

  7. Once the Knorex team approves your app request, Meta will notify you. Ensure that the Knorex XPO Meta app is connected to your Meta app.
