How to Sync Your Meta Campaigns to XPO

Before You Start

Ensure that you have granted access to your Meta Business Manager (MBM) before you proceed with the following.

 

Instructions

  • From your Partner Dashboard, click Utility > Manage Meta Ads

  • You will be directed to Meta Account Management under the XPO Admin Dashboard.

  • To sync campaigns from your Meta Ads account to XPO, go to the Manage Accounts tab. Use the search bar at the top right to locate the specific Meta Ads account you want to sync. Click on the Actions dropdown menu in the far right column of that row, and click Sync Campaigns.

  • After syncing the campaigns, click Allocate Campaigns (or Allocate Pages, Audiences, and/or Applications) and fill in the account details accordingly.

  • You will see a list of all the campaigns that are under that Facebook Account. Click on one or more of the checkboxes to allocate that campaign(s) to XPO. Click Save to proceed.

  • The allocated campaigns will now be shown on your campaign dashboard.
  • Go to your Campaign dashboard from your XPO Advertiser Account and select Click to initialize campaign data from Facebook to complete the syncing of campaigns into XPO.

Once you have synced your Meta Ads campaigns into XPO, you can start creating Meta Ads campaigns in XPO. By default, 30 days of your campaign data will be synced over to XPO. This data includes campaign setup/configuration, ad groups, and relevant metrics. Syncing will also enable you to view Meta campaign reports directly from XPO. What If You Want to Sync Existing Facebook App Campaign? 

  • Repeat Step 1 and 2 as shown above.
  • This time, click on the Allocate Application tab instead.
  • Enter your Meta Ads Account, XPO Account, and Advertiser Account that you wish to sync the app conversion details into, and click Save.
  • Once the app is synced into XPO, it will be reflected in your XPO Admin Dashboard -> Meta Account Management.
