Log in to your AppsFlyer account to configure the necessary postback events to XPO.

Configure AppsFlyer to work with XPO for:

  • Programmatic Channels (Display/Native/Video)
  • Facebook
  • Google
  • Universal App Campaigns (UAC)

On XPO

  1. On the sidebar of your AppsFlyer account, go to Configuration -> Integrated Partners, then search for Knorex and click on it to open the setup page:

    Troubleshooting:

If Status remains as INACTIVE, check the following if:

    • configurations are set up correctly in AppsFlyer, that all the events are being sent. If you have configured only XPO attributed conversion, then you will need to trigger/wait for a conversion event to happen to see the status changed to Active.
    • AppsFlyer is set up properly in the app.
    • the correct mobile app (and app ID) has been entered into XPO.
    • both Android and iOS apps are configured in your MMP
