How Do I Bulk Clone Across Multiple Accounts

XPO cloning feature helps you to replicate exact same campaign metrics, ad group targeting strategy or a creative, into new account easily.

1. Based on the name of the campaigns, ad groups, or creatives you want to clone, select Clone beside the respective segment.
2. If you want to clone the segments to the same account, click clone.

   

3. If you want to clone the segments to a different account, click clone to other accounts.

   

   Cloning between accounts belonging to different Partner Accounts is not possible

4. If you click the edit logo, XPO shows you the entire campaign details
   • You can edit the budget, scheduling, ad category, conversion goals, impression and frequency cap right here
   • However, the facebook ad account, google ad account and objective cannot be edited

   

1. You can clone campaigns, ad groups, or creatives from one account to another if they are under the same Partner Account. Cloning between accounts belonging to different Partner Accounts is not possible.

2. If you opt to clone into the same account (under the same Partner account):
   • Details like budgets, bid strategy, and bid values will be duplicated for all cloned campaigns and ad groups
   • Same creatives, extensions, targeting options like geo, and audience segments will also be linked to the cloned ad groups
   • All this information will be replicated as long as these details were not edited in the cloned modal
     
     
3. If you opt to clone across accounts (under the same Partner account):
   • Details like budgets, bid strategy, and bid values will be duplicated for all cloned campaigns and ad groups
   • Same creatives and extensions will be linked to the cloned ad groups
   • Programmatic audience segments will also be shared and linked to the cloned ad groups
   • Facebook and Adwords audience segments will not be shared across accounts and XPO will prompt an error when tried to be cloned
   • All this information (except Facebook and Adwords audience segments) will be replicated as long as these details were not edited in the cloned modal
4. Account Currencies will also be cloned. For instance, if you have two accounts under the same Partner with similar settings but different currencies (Account A with USD & Account B with VND).

   If the campaign is created with a budget of USD100 in Account A & cloned into Account B, the campaign budget will be approximately VND 2,413,629 based on exchange rate & fees applied.

5. Machine Learning data for cloned campaigns will not be continued once they are cloned.

   Data will restart learning from the beginning since models and features (for instance, smart pacing, inventory, bidding strategy, etc.) work differently for different campaigns. 

6. You can find the cloned campaign, ad group, or creative in the same account list or/and if it has been cloned to another account, you can find it in the other account's list as well.
