XPO Admin Dashboard has its ad server, which allows marketers to use it to perform third-party ad serving and trafficking capabilities, including retargeting, dynamic ad tracking, Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO), and more.

It can also be used to serve out ad creatives (or tags), track creatives other than XPO Designer generated-creatives, and much more.
