Overview Of XPO Admin Dashboard

The XPO Admin Dashboard features a built-in ad server that empowers marketers with third-party ad serving and trafficking capabilities, such as retargeting, dynamic ad tracking, Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO), and more.

Additionally, the ad server can deliver ad creatives (or tags), as well as track the performance of creatives beyond those generated by XPO Designer.

Getting Started

On the XPO dashboard, you can get access to the suite of different applications, including Admin Dashboard (ad serving), Designer (ad creation), Curator (feeds creation), and Media Broker (programmatic media buying). 

Campaign

All the campaigns in XPO Admin Dashboard can be created through the campaigns tab. You can click on either the "Launch Campaign" option or navigate to the campaign tab. Here’s what you can do from the campaign tab:

  1. Add campaign - Use this option to create new campaigns in the system
  2. Manage campaigns- Use this option to view the details of all campaigns being trafficked in the system

Trafficking

Using the trafficking tab, you can create ad units in the system. To edit or view ad unit details, click on the manage campaigns option.

Curator

You can also get access to the curator which can be used to crawl or scrape content from various sites and transform this content into structured feeds which can be used to build dynamic ads. 

Designer

 You can access the designer platform through the XPO dashboard in two ways:

  1. Click on Create ad
  2. Navigate to the designer tab and click on + Add new ad

You can view your earlier designed ads by clicking on the Manage ads option. Similarly, you can also view the existing templates by clicking on the Manage templates option.

Media Broker

You can access the Media Broker from the dashboard by clicking on the Media Broker option on the right side. This enables advertisers/ad agencies to plan and allocate the media budget for automated buy/sell of inventory through programmatic pipelines.

Tags

 Using the tags option, you can generate pixels to retarget users and also to track user conversion data. Here’s what you can do in the tags section:

  1. Configure default tag settings
  2. Generate remarketing pixels
  3. Generate conversion pixels

Reports

You can pull reports for the campaigns being trafficked in Admin Dashboard. On the dashboard, you can see campaign performance under the recent performance option.

Account

You can create and manage accounts for the following under the accounts tab. Here’s what you can do:

  1. Manage Users
  2. Manage Sites
  3. Manage Advertiser
  4. Manage Agencies
  5. Manage Affiliates/Partners

Recent Performances

On the dashboard, you can see the performance of campaigns being trafficked. Click on the View All option to pull reports to check the data in detail.

Recent Activities

You can also see recent activities or changes made in the system. In case you want to check the changes made in detail, click on the View option beside the campaign name.

Recent Campaigns

Under the recent campaign option, you can see the list of recently published campaigns as well as a list of campaigns that have ended recently.

Managed Sites

You can check the list of managed sites, publishers, advertiser and agencies by navigating to the managed sites section on the bottom of the dashboard.
