Use our new feature - Timezone and Day-Time targeting at ad group level to specify the timezone, days and times you want to serve the ads.
There are 2 options for Timezone targeting:
- Advertiser Timezone: this option sets the timezone of targeting to the timezone of the advertiser. For example, if the advertiser is based in Singapore but runs the campaigns in Europe, the targeting timezone will be based on SGT.
- User Timezone: this option sets the timezone to where the targeted users/audiences are based. For example, if the target audiences are located in Singapore, the targeting timezone will be based on SGT.
How to Apply?
1. Select the Ad Group
Under the Campaigns menu, select a campaign and click on the ad group that you wish to apply the targeting.
2. Apply Day & Time Targeting
Timezone and day-time targeting feature are available under Day & Time, as one of the different targeting options during the ad group setup.
Select either Advertiser Timezone or User Timezone.
Besides timezone targeting, you can set up time targeting in 2 ways:
- All days
- Working hours (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm)
If you want to target specific times outside of these 2 options, simply select All Days and unmark the green cells. Once done, click Save.
