Targeting Option - Timezone, Day & Time

Use our new feature - Timezone and Day-Time targeting - at ad group level to specify the timezone, days and times during which you want to serve your ads.

There are 2 options for Timezone targeting:

  1. Advertiser Timezone: This option sets the timezone of targeting to match the timezone of the advertiser. For example, if a Singapore-based advertiser is running campaigns in Europe, the targeting timezone will be SGT.
  2. User Timezone: This option allows the advertiser to select a timezone based on where the targeted users/audiences are based. For example, if the target audiences are located in Singapore, the targeting timezone will be SGT.

 

How To Apply Timezone, Day & Time Targeting 

1. Select the Ad Group 

Under Campaignsselect the campaign and the ad group to which you wish to apply to target.

2. Apply Day & Time Targeting

The timezone and day-time targeting feature can be applied by clicking on the Day & Time filter on the sidebar. 

Select either Advertiser Timezone or User Timezone. 

Besides timezone targeting, you can also set up time targeting in 2 ways:

  1. All days
  2. Working hours (Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm)

If you want to target specific times outside of these 2 options, simply select All Days and unmark the green cells. Once done, click Save.
