- Why do we need to place Re-marketing pixel on our/clients' websites?
These pixels enable targeting/re-targeting users who have visited clients’ website with the relevant dynamic ads, based on their interest/behavior on the website’s particular web pages.
- Why do we need to place Conversion pixels on our/clients' websites?
These pixels enable the identification of customers who are converting and those who are leaving the sales/conversion funnel. Those who have left the funnel can be targeted with relevant messages to get them back to the funnel to convert. Additionally, these pixels will also allow tracking, measuring and optimizing the conversion/ROI numbers as per KPI of the campaign.
- How to implement Re-marketing pixels on our/clients' website?
Your technical team/website vendors can paste Knorex tags onto respective pages.
- What is Knorex pixels' effect on bandwidth?
The size of a creative is less than 20 KB and it loads once per user browser. Subsequent load is less than 1 KB. As a result, there is no impact on bandwidth.
- How is the security of Knorex pixels?
Our pixels are 'https-enabled' (i.e. the secured version of HTTP). With this, all data that is communicated between the browser and our servers is processed in a secured manner to prevent any intercept/sniffing from other unauthorised parties. This is industry's best practice recommended these days to prevent any unwanted data leakage. Furthermore, once the data enters our system, we will use highly secured SHA-512 protocol to encrypt the data in order to protect it.
Please have a look at the Article 1 and Article 2 for more information about HTTPS.
